
Kpop group TWICE’s ‘MORE & MORE’ music video has reached 300 million views on YouTube.
The MV of the title song of the same name as the 9th mini-album, ‘MORE & MORE,’ released on June 1, 2020, exceeded 300 million YouTube views around 11:07 am on February 24.
With this, TWICE has achieved their 12th music video that exceeds 300 million views. It includes ‘Like OOH-AHH,’ ‘Cheer Up,’ ‘TT,’ ‘Likey,’ ‘What is Love?,’ ‘Heart Shaker,’ ‘Fancy,’ ‘Feel Special,’ ‘Yes or Yes,’ ‘I Can’t Stop Me,’ ‘Dance the Night Away,’ and ‘More and More.’
So, TWICE is setting a new record for the most among girl groups in the world.
‘More & More’ is a song about feelings that make you yearn for someone more when the excitement and sweetness of love ripen. JYP Entertainment’s representative producer Jinyoung Park took charge of the lyrics and arrangement. Then, famous overseas writers such as MNK and Julia Michaels joined to complete the song. The music video adds to the excitement with the members’ forest goddess visual and the powerful performance on the chorus. TWICE achieved global success by entering the US Billboard main chart ‘Billboard 200’ for the first time with the 9th mini album containing the song.
Meanwhile, TWICE will carry out various projects to mark the 5th anniversary of its debut in Japan this year. They will release their Japan’s fourth best album ‘#TWICE4’ on March 16. This album will feature a total of four Korean and Japanese versions, including SCIENTIST, I CAN’T STOP ME, CRY FOR ME, and Alcohol-Free, the title track of its third full-length album, listed on the US Billboard main chart Billboard 200 for eight consecutive weeks.
Then, they prepared content to celebrate their 5th debut anniversary. They will release a DVD commemorating their 5th debut anniversary in May. Also, they will release their 4th full-length Japanese album in July. Notably, on April 23 and 24, TWICE will hold a solo concert at the Tokyo Dome and will be with local audiences for the first time in a long time.
Currently, TWICE continues its tour performances in the United States, starting with Los Angeles on February 15 and 16. They completed performances in Oakland on February 18 and Fort Worth on February 22. TWICE will heat up Atlanta on February 24 and New York on February 26 and 27. After the concert in New York on February 27, they will host an ‘Artist Backstage’ live through TikTok, a global short-form mobile video platform. Kpop group TWICE will make memories with fans until the end of the US tour.
